Thank you to all our WES families who showed incredible generosity during the WOODCHELLA Grand Auction on Saturday night and Online Auction. The Foundation would like to thank all attendees, donors, and volunteers, who each, in their own part, made the auction a wonderful success — and especially to our fabulous Grand Auction Chair, Melissa Land! Invoices

Auction InvoicesAuction invoices were emailed on Tuesday, May 23. Please review your invoice carefully and email the office immediately if you find any errors or have any questions. We prefer payment by check. Payment instructions will be available on your invoice. Payment is due by Wednesday, May 31.

Physical Item Pick Up

If you won wine, physical item(s) or gift certificate(s) in the online auction or a mystery box, please pick up at the Foundation Office (next to Wildcats room, along the hallway, connecting the Sellman parking and the library) Tuesday (5/23) or Thursday (5/25) of this week between 2:30-3:30pm, or contact us to arrange pickup for another time.

Raise-A-Paddle

If yours wasn't the winning paddle last night, or you couldn't join us in person, don't worry. You can still participate in our virtual Raise-a-Paddle to make a donation. Login to Online Bidding and hit the "Donate Now" button. The Woodside School Foundation provides approximately 15% of the school's overall budget and a Raise-a-Paddle donation is the easiest and most tax-efficient way to keep funding all the programming that makes Woodside special!
